It is important to us that you love your Aquacove® product. Subject to these reasonable conditions we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase provided you notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving your item. Please email email@example.com
When you notify us that you want to return or exchange an item, we will send you a Return Form. Please complete the returns form and ensure it is sent back with your purchase so we can process your request efficiently.
It is important that any returned or exchanged item is received by us in original “as new” condition with the original tags attached and an explanation for your return on your receipt. Aquacove® reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we believe the item has been used, damaged or altered..
Any returned or exchanged item must be shipped via registered mail or express post to our Australian mailing address (with item tracking). Aquacove® is not responsible for items we don't receive.

Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 7 working days of receipt of goods and will be processed in the original form of payment. Postage charges are not refundable unless your item is defective.
Shipping cost of exchanged items
Aquacove® will not charge you for re-delivery of an exchanged item however it is your responsibility to pay the cost of returning the item to Aquacove®.
