Delivery and Returns
We like to keep things simple and give you peace of mind with returns.It is important to us that you love your product and subject to these reasonable conditions we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase provided you notify us in writing within14 days of receiving your item.
Any returned or exchanged item is received by us in original “as new” condition with the original tags attached and an explanation for your return on your receipt. Aquacove® reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange if we believe the item has been used, damaged or altered.
Any returned or exchanged item must be shipped via registered or express post to our Australian mailing address (with item tracking). Aquacove® is not responsible for items we don't receive.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5-7 working days of receipt of goods and will be provided in the original form of payment.
Postage charges are not refundable unless your item is defective.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for postage and handling. Express post requests are available.
You will not be charged for re-delivery of an exchanged item however it is your responsibility to pay the cost of returning the item to Aquacove®.
